三高指的是高血压,高血脂,高血糖。三高人群的食谱有一点是共通的,就是必须少油少盐少糖,具体到每一高具体的食材又是有所区别的。
高血压适合吃杂粮饭,芹菜,木耳,竹笋,青菜等。高血脂人群适合吃杂粮饭,洋葱,胡萝卜,海带等,尽量素菜,不要吃肥肉类。高血糖的禁忌食物比较多,淀粉类糊化后升糖指数比较高,所以煮粥做杂粮饭时时间要短,熟了就好,不要煮的烂烂乎乎那种,蔬菜可以多吃,水果只能吃极少量的
